Carter Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief FInancial Officer (CFO), Carter Johnson oversees Finance and Accounting for all Hui Huliau companies.

​

Carter’s previous experience includes senior financial and leadership roles as CFO, SVP, and Global Controller with several technology and software firms, with responsibilities in Finance, Technology, Project Management, and Business Operations.

 

Before moving into the private sector, he served in the US Army as an Aviation Officer and Comptroller and managed multibillion dollar programs throughout Asia and the EU.  His assignments included multiple command, operations, and intelligence positions in the states and overseas.  Carter completed his military career, retiring from the Army Reserve as a Colonel. 

 

Carter has an MBA from Syracuse University and is a graduate of the Defense Comptroller Program.  He also earned a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and is a Certified Defense Financial Manager.
