Michael Nawaiki O'Connell has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and led a variety of projects in Hawaii and Guam. His previous roles include serving in leadership positions such as Vice President, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Officer for Hawaii-based businesses.

 

Michael is Native Hawaiian and a lifelong resident of Waianae, Hawaii. He has longstanding relationships within the community and helps provide leadership for our nonprofit activities. Michael has supported many community service projects over the years and has a special interest in feeding the homeless and the disadvantaged.
