Scott Lee

General Counsel

Scott Lee serves as Hui Huliau’s General Counsel.  In addition to supporting legal, contracting, and compliance issues, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of accounting and financial management, human resources management, and operations management.  His previous experience includes serving in executive positions such as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer in the construction, commercial property management, retail, and engineering industries.

Scott holds a Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University. He also serves as the Vice President of the Honolulu Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association.
